“Is Archeology Stealing” addresses the colonial history of archeology and museums and looks towards an optimistic future of collaboration. Topics covered include history of early archeology, how archeological practices have changed, and how community projects are the future of archeology within museums. The Egyptian Museum, the Bust of Nefertiti, Thomas Jefferson's Excavation of Burial Mounds, and Nunalleq Culture and Archaeology Center provide cases studies. Presented on ArcGIS StoryMaps.
